Maple Cream - 1/2 Pound
A smooth maple spread that is delicious on sugar cookies, donuts, toast, bagels or muffins. Maple Cream has one ingredient and it's maple syrup. The syrup is boiled to a higher temperature, cooled very quickly and paddled to a creamy spread. Maple Cream freezes well and should be kept cool. We make it in our sugarhouse kitchen on dry days only.
